Luke AFB has new 63rd Fighter Squadron commander

Lt. Col. Jack Maixner recently succeeded his friend Lt. Col Jeffrey Lovelace as commander of the Luke Thunderbolts. Colonel Lovelace is now the director of staff with the new 56th Fighter Wing.
