Esparza appointed planning chair

Pat Esparza has been appointed as city of Mesa’s Planning & Zoning Advisory Board Chair. This is the first time in the city’s history a Latina has held this position. Esparza is the director of Mesa Life Options Center, a program of  Mesa Community College, and former executive director of the Mesa Association of Hispanic Citizens.
