Torres appointed to arts commission

Governor Janet Napolitano has appointed ErLinda Torres to the board of directors of the Arizona Commission on the Arts. Erlinda is senior vice president of The Victoria Foundation in Phoenix, and chairman of the board of directors for Advocates for Latin@ Arts & Culture.
